The patented Swiss Water Decaffeination process ensures that the quality of our decaffeinated coffees is not compromised in any way, shape, or form. Using water, instead of chemicals, the Swiss Water process is a cleaner way to remove caffeine without removing the flavour as well. For our Siesta Decaf, we chose a blend of smooth, easy drinking Central American coffees that are also certified both organic, and Fair Trade, meaning they were grown without chemicals of all kinds, and adhere to a strict set of economic and social standards.
