We continue to source from the Perez family because of their commitment to quality and enthusiasm for experimenting with new varietals. This lot is another great example of these attributes - an attempt to emulate the Kenyan coffee processing method resulting in a uniform lot of bourbon. Expect a heavy-bodied cup of baked peach, graham and caramel.
