The coffees that are produced in the Boa Vista Valley region of Brazil are all family farmed. They like to focus their energy on harvesting smaller lots of coffee that have particularly unique flavours. The network of farmers that grow these coffees will often share information in order to innovate, evolve, and produce some of the region's most interesting coffee.
